This Vendor Policy explains the basic rules for selling digital products on Dazzelier.
By registering as a vendor, uploading products, or selling through Dazzelier, you agree to follow this Vendor Policy, our Terms of Service, Content Policy, Adult Content and Age Verification Policy, Copyright Policy, Refund and Digital Downloads Policy, and any other applicable marketplace rules.
Vendor Eligibility
Vendors must be at least 18 years old.
By applying as a vendor, you confirm that:
- you are legally allowed to sell digital products
- you own or control the rights to the products you upload
- your products do not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights
- your products follow all Dazzelier content rules
- the information you provide to Dazzelier is accurate and up to date
Dazzelier may approve, reject, pause, restrict, or remove vendor accounts at its discretion, especially where there are legal, payment, quality, safety, or policy concerns.
Vendor Responsibility
Vendors are responsible for their own products, product files, descriptions, preview images, metadata, compatibility claims, support information, and legal rights.
You must not upload content that you do not have permission to sell.
You must not upload stolen files, copied products, pirated assets, unauthorized conversions, extracted commercial products, AI-generated product spam, or products that infringe another creator’s rights.
Product Approval
Dazzelier may review products before or after publication.
We may reject, hide, edit, re-categorize, or remove products if they:
- violate our policies
- contain prohibited content
- are misleading or incomplete
- contain broken or missing files
- use inappropriate preview images
- create legal, payment, reputational, or safety risk
- do not meet our quality standards
Product approval does not mean that Dazzelier guarantees the product is legally safe, error-free, or free from infringement claims.
Adult Content
Dazzelier allows adult-oriented 3D content, but vendors must follow our Adult Content and Age Verification Policy and Content Policy.
Adult products must be categorized correctly and presented responsibly.
We do not allow content involving minors, minor-coded characters, non-consensual sexual content, real-person exploitation, stolen material, illegal sexual content, or anything that creates legal, payment, or platform risk.
Dazzelier may remove or restrict any adult content at its discretion.
Commission and Payouts
Dazzelier uses a 50% vendor commission rate.
Vendor payouts are made once per month, on the first day of the month, when the vendor balance is at least $50.
If the vendor balance is below $50, the balance will be carried over to the next payout period.
Refunds, chargebacks, payment disputes, fraud checks, payment processor delays, or policy violations may affect payout timing or payout amount.
Customer Support
Vendors are expected to provide reasonable support for their own products.
This may include answering customer questions, correcting broken files, clarifying compatibility, replacing missing downloads, and fixing product issues where appropriate.
Dazzelier may contact vendors about customer complaints, refund requests, copyright claims, or technical problems.
Vendor Conduct
Vendors must treat customers, other vendors, and Dazzelier staff respectfully.
We do not allow harassment, threats, hate speech, abuse, doxxing, fraud, fake accounts, review manipulation, or attempts to bypass marketplace rules.
Dazzelier may suspend or terminate vendor accounts for misconduct.
Product Removal
Vendors may request removal of their own products, but Dazzelier may keep records of past sales, invoices, downloads, support history, and legal/accounting data as required.
If a product has already been sold, customers may retain access to their purchased downloads unless the product must be removed for legal, safety, or technical reasons.
Account Suspension or Termination
Dazzelier may suspend, restrict, or terminate a vendor account if the vendor:
- violates marketplace policies
- uploads prohibited or infringing content
- provides false information
- refuses to resolve serious product issues
- abuses customers or staff
- creates legal, payment, or safety risk
- attempts to bypass Dazzelier systems or commissions
Unpaid commissions may be delayed, withheld, adjusted, or cancelled where there are unresolved refunds, chargebacks, fraud, legal claims, or serious policy violations.
Policy Changes
Dazzelier may update this Vendor Policy from time to time.
Continued use of the marketplace after changes are published means you accept the updated policy.
