Content Policy

This Content Policy applies to all products, previews, titles, descriptions, tags, vendor profiles, store banners, reviews, comments, messages, and files uploaded to Dazzelier.

1. Core standard
   Dazzelier is for high-quality fictional adult 3D assets and related digital content. Adult content is allowed only when it is lawful, fictional, consensual in presentation, clearly adult, and compliant with our rules and payment processor requirements.
2. Allowed content

• Original fictional 3D characters, clothing, poses, props, scenes, materials, morphs, environments, and render resources.
• Adult-themed fictional 3D products where all characters are clearly adult.
• Artistic nudity or erotic 3D previews inside age-restricted areas, if compliant with all rules.
• Non-explicit marketing previews for adult products.

1. Prohibited content
   The following is not allowed:

• Any content involving minors, minor-looking characters, childlike bodies, schoolchildren, or ambiguous age presentation.
• Non-consensual sexual content, coercion, force, threats, intoxication, unconsciousness, exploitation, rape themes, or inability to consent.
• Bestiality, sexualized animals, or sexual content involving creatures presented as animals.
• Incest, pseudo-incest, family-role sexual scenarios, or marketing that implies family sexual relationships.
• Real-person sexual images, revenge porn, leaked content, voyeurism, hidden-camera content, deepfake sexual content, or use of a real person’s likeness without written consent.
• Trafficking, escort services, prostitution facilitation, sexual services, or illegal commercial sexual activity.
• Extreme violence, gore, mutilation, torture-sexual content, death-sexual content, or sexualized harm.
• Hate, harassment, racial or ethnic sexual degradation, slurs, extremist content, or content promoting violence against protected groups.
• Stolen, ripped, leaked, pirated, warez, game-extracted, unauthorized ported, trademark-infringing, or copyright-infringing assets.
• AI-generated products, AI-generated meshes, AI-generated texture packs, AI-generated promos, or AI-assisted content sold as original, unless Dazzelier has given explicit written permission in a future policy update.
• Malware, trackers, executables, obfuscated scripts, credential stealers, or unsafe files.
• Products that misrepresent compatibility, ownership, license rights, included files, or required dependencies.

1. Public preview rules
   Public thumbnails, banners, homepage sections, newsletters, ads, and SEO-visible previews must be non-explicit. Use neutral poses, crops, censoring, silhouettes, clothing, props, or placeholder imagery where needed.
2. Required vendor warranties
   By uploading content, vendors confirm that:

• They own the content or have all rights needed to sell it.
• The content does not violate law, third-party rights, or Dazzelier policies.
• All adult characters are clearly adult and fictional.
• No prohibited content is hidden in files, metadata, readme files, promos, or bonus folders.

1. Product quality standards
   Products must include accurate titles, descriptions, file lists, compatibility information, installation notes, preview images, and support expectations. Low-effort, misleading, broken, duplicate, spam, or mass-uploaded products may be rejected.
2. Moderation
   Dazzelier may pre-review, post-review, hide, blur, reject, delist, suspend, remove, or reclassify content. We may use manual review, automated tools, user reports, vendor history, payment provider feedback, and legal notices.
3. Appeals
   If your product or account is restricted, you may appeal by contacting hello@dazzelier.com Include the product name, account email, decision you are appealing, and why you believe the decision was wrong.
4. Zero tolerance
   Content involving minors, real-person sexual exploitation, piracy, malware, or serious illegal activity may be removed immediately and may lead to account termination and reporting to appropriate authorities.
