This policy explains refunds, cancellations, and withdrawal rules for Dazzelier digital products.
- Digital-only products
Dazzelier sells digital products only. There is no physical shipping. After purchase, products are delivered by download, account access, or another digital delivery method. - Immediate access
At checkout, we may ask you to expressly consent to immediate access to digital content and to acknowledge that, once the digital content is made available, your legal withdrawal right may be lost where permitted by law. - Refund eligibility
Refunds may be approved when:
- The file is missing, corrupted, or cannot be downloaded after reasonable support attempts.
- The product description was materially incorrect.
- You purchased the same product twice by mistake.
- The product is unusable due to a confirmed product defect that the vendor or Dazzelier cannot fix within a reasonable time.
- A refund is required by applicable consumer law.
- Refunds normally not granted
Refunds are normally not granted when:
- You changed your mind after downloading or accessing the product.
- You bought the wrong product, software version, figure generation, or compatibility option after the product page clearly stated the requirements.
- You do not have the required software, base figure, plugin, render engine, or skill level.
- You expected a physical item.
- You violated the license, leaked files, abused downloads, or attempted fraud.
- How to request a refund
Contact hello@dazzelier.com with your order number, product name, issue description, screenshots if helpful, and the steps you already tried. - Vendor involvement
For vendor products, we may ask the vendor to help confirm or fix the issue. Dazzelier may decide refunds at marketplace level if needed to protect customers, vendors, payment compliance, or legal obligations. - Chargebacks
Please contact support before opening a chargeback. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may lead to account suspension, download restriction, or evidence submission to the payment provider. - Processing refunds
Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment method. Timing depends on the payment provider and bank. - EU consumer rights
Nothing in this policy removes mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
