Marketplace Transparency Policy

Last updated: 9 July 2026
This Marketplace Transparency Policy explains important marketplace information for buyers and vendors.

  1. Marketplace model
Dazzelier may include products sold by Dazzelier and products sold by independent vendors. Product pages should identify the vendor or store responsible for the product.
  2. Vendor status
Where required, Dazzelier may ask vendors to declare whether they act as traders/business sellers or non-trader/private sellers. Marketplace pages may display this information where applicable.
  3. Responsibility split
  • Dazzelier: operates the marketplace, checkout, platform rules, content moderation, account systems, and support processes.
  • Vendors: are responsible for their product files, descriptions, rights, compatibility claims, support statements, and tax declarations.
  • Payment providers: process payments under their own terms and risk controls.
  1. Ranking and featuring
Products may be ranked, sorted, or featured based on relevance, category, recency, sales, quality, manual curation, promotions, vendor participation, search terms, availability, policy compliance, or technical factors. Sponsored placements, if used, should be identified where required.
  2. Reviews
Reviews may be moderated for spam, abuse, relevance, fraud, personal data, piracy links, or policy violations. We do not promise to publish every review.
  3. Removed products
Products may be removed or hidden because of vendor request, quality issues, legal claims, copyright issues, payment compliance, adult content restrictions, safety concerns, or marketplace changes.
