Dazzelier allows adult-oriented digital 3D content, but some content is strictly prohibited.
This policy applies to products, preview images, thumbnails, descriptions, tags, vendor profiles, messages, and any other content submitted to Dazzelier.
By using Dazzelier or uploading content to the marketplace, you agree to follow this Prohibited Content Policy, our Content Policy, Adult Content and Age Verification Policy, Vendor Policy, Seller Agreement, and all other marketplace rules.
Minors and Minor-Coded Content
Dazzelier does not allow any sexual or adult content involving minors.
This includes content involving:
- characters under 18
- characters presented as minors
- minor-coded characters
- schoolchild or childlike framing
- childlike bodies in sexual context
- “aged-up” versions of minor characters
- fictional, fantasy, anime, stylized, or 3D characters that could reasonably be interpreted as minors
This rule applies even if the character is described as an adult.
Non-Consensual Sexual Content
Dazzelier does not allow content that depicts, promotes, or eroticizes non-consensual sexual acts.
This includes content involving force, coercion, drugging, unconsciousness, incapacitation, threats, abuse, or inability to consent.
Real-Person Exploitation
Dazzelier does not allow sexual or adult content based on real people without clear authorization.
This includes:
- celebrities
- public figures
- private individuals
- lookalikes
- deepfakes
- revenge content
- content using someone’s likeness without permission
Adult content must not exploit or imitate real people without their clear legal consent.
Stolen or Infringing Content
Dazzelier does not allow stolen, copied, pirated, leaked, ripped, or unauthorized content.
This includes:
- stolen 3D assets
- leaked commercial products
- ripped game files
- unauthorized conversions
- copied meshes, textures, morphs, poses, presets, or scripts
- products based on another creator’s work without permission
- trademarked characters, logos, brands, or protected designs without authorization
Vendors must own their products or have the legal right to sell them.
AI-Generated Content
AI-generated products are not allowed on Dazzelier unless explicitly approved by Dazzelier in writing.
Dazzelier may reject or remove AI-generated product packs, AI-generated imitations of another creator’s work, AI-assisted spam, or content that creates copyright, quality, or ownership concerns.
Illegal Content
Dazzelier does not allow any content that is illegal under applicable law.
This includes illegal sexual content, exploitation, abuse, trafficking-related content, or any content that creates serious legal risk for the marketplace, vendors, customers, or payment providers.
Bestiality and Animal Sexual Content
Dazzelier does not allow sexual content involving real animals.
Content involving animals in a sexual context, realistic animal sexual content, or material that may be interpreted as bestiality is prohibited.
Extreme Violence or Sexualized Gore
Dazzelier does not allow content that eroticizes extreme violence, mutilation, torture, gore, severe injury, or serious bodily harm.
Non-sexual fantasy, horror, or action content may be allowed if it does not violate other marketplace rules.
Hate, Harassment, and Abuse
Dazzelier does not allow content that promotes hate, harassment, threats, dehumanization, or violence against individuals or protected groups.
We also do not allow abusive behavior toward customers, vendors, creators, or Dazzelier staff.
Malware and Unsafe Files
Products must not contain malware, viruses, trackers, credential stealers, hidden scripts, unauthorized redirects, or unsafe executable code.
Dazzelier may remove products and suspend vendor accounts if unsafe files are found.
Misleading or Low-Quality Products
Dazzelier may reject or remove products that are misleading, fake, broken, empty, incomplete, or significantly different from their preview images or descriptions.
Products must be honestly represented and usable by customers.
Payment Processor and Platform Risk
Dazzelier may remove or restrict content if it creates legal, payment processor, hosting, platform, reputational, or safety risk, even if the content is not specifically listed above.
Adult payment processing has stricter requirements, and Dazzelier may apply stricter content limits where necessary to keep the marketplace operational.
Enforcement
Dazzelier may take action against prohibited content at any time.
This may include:
- rejecting a product
- hiding or removing a listing
- editing categories or tags
- disabling downloads
- delaying or withholding payouts
- suspending a vendor account
- terminating a vendor account
- reporting illegal content where required
Dazzelier may act immediately if content creates serious legal, safety, payment, or marketplace risk.
Policy Updates
Dazzelier may update this Prohibited Content Policy from time to time.
Continued use of Dazzelier after changes are published means you accept the updated policy.
