This Seller Agreement applies to all vendors who sell digital products through Dazzelier.
By registering as a vendor, uploading products, or accepting sales through Dazzelier, you agree to this Seller Agreement, our Vendor Policy, Terms of Service, Content Policy, Adult Content and Age Verification Policy, Copyright Policy, Refund and Digital Downloads Policy, and all other applicable marketplace rules.
Role of Dazzelier
Dazzelier provides a digital marketplace where approved vendors can list and sell digital 3D products to customers.
Dazzelier may provide product hosting, storefront pages, payment processing access, customer account access, download delivery, marketplace promotion, support tools, and administrative services.
Dazzelier is not the creator or owner of vendor products unless explicitly stated.
Vendor Rights and Product Ownership
You keep ownership of your original products.
By uploading a product to Dazzelier, you grant Dazzelier permission to host, display, market, promote, sell, distribute, and deliver that product through the marketplace.
This includes permission to use your product title, description, preview images, thumbnails, metadata, and store information for marketplace operation, search, customer access, support, and promotion.
Customer License
When a customer purchases your product, the customer receives a license to use the product according to the license terms shown on Dazzelier or on the product page.
You must not upload products with license terms that conflict with Dazzelier’s marketplace rules unless Dazzelier has approved those terms in writing.
Vendor Legal Responsibility
You are responsible for making sure that your products are legal to sell.
By uploading a product, you confirm that:
- you created the product yourself, or you have the legal right to sell it
- the product does not contain stolen, copied, pirated, or unauthorized material
- the product does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights
- the product does not violate Dazzelier’s adult content rules
- the product does not contain prohibited content
- the product description and preview images are accurate and not misleading
If a legal claim, copyright complaint, or policy issue is reported, Dazzelier may remove or restrict the product while the issue is reviewed.
Prohibited Uploads
You may not upload stolen products, unauthorized conversions, extracted commercial assets, pirated files, copied meshes, copied textures, copied poses, copied scripts, or any product that uses another creator’s work without permission.
You may not upload AI-generated product spam, misleading products, illegal content, or adult content that violates Dazzelier’s Content Policy or Adult Content and Age Verification Policy.
Pricing and Promotions
Vendors may set product prices unless Dazzelier applies specific marketplace rules, technical restrictions, or promotional terms.
Dazzelier may run marketplace-wide promotions, coupons, bundles, discounts, or special offers.
If a product is sold with a coupon or discount, commission may be calculated from the discounted eligible sale amount, depending on the marketplace settings and current commission rules.
Commission
Dazzelier uses a 50% vendor commission rate.
This means that, unless otherwise stated, the vendor receives 50% of the eligible product sale amount, and Dazzelier keeps 50% as marketplace commission.
Refunds, chargebacks, payment disputes, fraud checks, taxes, payment processor fees, or other adjustments may affect the final payable amount.
Payouts
Vendor payouts are made once per month, on the first day of the month, when the vendor balance is at least $50.
If the vendor balance is below $50, the balance will be carried over to the next payout period.
Payouts may be delayed if there are unresolved refunds, chargebacks, payment disputes, fraud checks, missing payout details, payment processor delays, legal claims, or policy violations.
Refunds and Chargebacks
If a customer receives a refund, chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute resolution, the related vendor commission may be reversed, deducted, withheld, or adjusted from future payouts.
Dazzelier may decide refund requests according to the Refund and Digital Downloads Policy.
Product Support
Vendors are expected to provide reasonable support for their products.
This may include fixing broken files, replacing missing downloads, correcting incorrect descriptions, clarifying compatibility, and answering customer or admin questions.
If a product has serious unresolved issues, Dazzelier may hide, suspend, or remove the product.
Product Removal
Vendors may request product removal, but Dazzelier may keep records of past sales, invoices, downloads, support history, and legal/accounting data as required.
If a product has already been purchased, customers may retain access to their purchased downloads unless the product must be removed for legal, safety, technical, or policy reasons.
Account Suspension or Termination
Dazzelier may suspend, restrict, or terminate a vendor account if the vendor violates this Seller Agreement or any marketplace policy.
This may include cases involving stolen content, prohibited adult content, copyright infringement, fraud, abusive behavior, misleading products, payment abuse, or attempts to bypass Dazzelier’s systems or commission structure.
Unpaid commissions may be delayed, withheld, adjusted, or cancelled where there are unresolved refunds, chargebacks, legal claims, fraud, or serious policy violations.
No Guarantee of Sales
Dazzelier does not guarantee sales, traffic, ranking, search visibility, promotion, income, payout timing, or marketplace performance.
Changes to This Agreement
Dazzelier may update this Seller Agreement from time to time.
Continued use of your vendor account after changes are published means you accept the updated agreement.
