Dazzelier is an adult-only digital marketplace for fictional 3D content. This policy explains who may access the platform and how adult content may be displayed.
1. Adults only
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to access Dazzelier.
If you are below the required age, you must leave the website immediately.
2. Legal access
You are responsible for ensuring that accessing adult content is legal in your country or location.
You must not access Dazzelier if adult content is prohibited or restricted by the laws applicable to you.
3. Age confirmation
Dazzelier may use an age gate, confirmation checkbox, account-based confirmation, or another reasonable age-assurance measure before allowing access to adult content.
Age-assurance measures may be changed or strengthened when required by applicable law, safety considerations, or service-provider requirements.
4. No minors in adult content
Dazzelier strictly prohibits sexual, nude, erotic, suggestive, fetish-related, or exploitative content involving:
- minors;
- minor-looking characters;
- schoolchildren presented in a sexual context;
- childlike bodies, faces, voices, or proportions;
- characters whose age is unclear or deliberately ambiguous.
This rule applies to all content, including fictional, stylized, fantasy, anime, illustrated, rendered, and 3D characters.
Stating that a minor-looking character is “18+” does not make the content acceptable.
5. Clearly adult fictional characters
Adult content must depict clearly adult fictional characters.
Character design, descriptions, titles, tags, poses, clothing, props, environments, and marketing must not reasonably suggest that a depicted character is underage.
6. Display of adult content
Dazzelier may display non-explicit adult imagery on its homepage, headers, banners, category pages, promotional areas, and product previews.
Permitted non-explicit imagery may include:
- artistic nudity;
- exposed breasts or buttocks;
- implied nudity;
- lingerie or revealing clothing;
- fetish-inspired fashion;
- sensual or suggestive poses;
- non-graphic adult themes.
All depicted characters must be clearly adults.
Content displayed before age confirmation must not prominently show:
- exposed genitals;
- penetration;
- masturbation;
- oral sex;
- explicit sexual acts;
- explicit sexual fluids;
- graphic sexual or fetish activity.
After age confirmation, product pages and other adult-only areas may contain stronger nudity and adult previews, provided that the content complies with Dazzelier’s rules and applicable law.
Dazzelier may blur, crop, label, restrict, or remove individual images when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, or service-provider requirements.
7. Account enforcement
Accounts may be restricted, suspended, or terminated if Dazzelier reasonably believes that a user:
- is underage;
- has provided false age information;
- is helping a minor access the platform;
- is attempting to bypass age controls;
- has uploaded prohibited or potentially underage content;
- has repeatedly violated Dazzelier’s content rules.
Content may be hidden or removed while it is being reviewed.
8. Reporting underage or prohibited content
Any content that may involve minors, minor-looking characters, or ambiguous-age sexual content must be reported immediately.
Reports will be reviewed as quickly as reasonably possible, and relevant content may be temporarily restricted during the review.
