Product Upload Guidelines

These guidelines explain how vendors should prepare and upload products to Dazzelier.

Our goal is to keep the marketplace clean, reliable, easy to browse, and trustworthy for customers. Product pages should clearly show what the customer is buying, what is included, what is required, and how the product can be used.

Product Files

All product files must be complete, tested, and ready for customer use.

Before uploading, please make sure that:

• the download file opens correctly
• the archive is not corrupted
• all required files are included
• unnecessary files are removed
• folders are clearly named
• the product has been tested
• the product does not contain malware, trackers, hidden scripts, or unsafe code

If the product requires specific software, figures, plugins, base products, or external resources, this must be clearly stated on the product page.

File Structure

Product files should be organized in a way that customers can understand.

For DAZ Studio products, please use a clear folder structure and include all required runtime, data, texture, preset, and support files where applicable.

Dazzelier test, and convert the files to DIM friendly, when necessary.

Product Title

Product titles should be clear, honest, and specific.

The title should describe the product without keyword spam, misleading claims, or unrelated terms.

Good examples:

Fantasy Bedroom Props for Genesis 9
Romantic Couple Poses for Genesis 8 and 9
Luxury Lingerie Materials for DAZ Studio

Bad examples:

BEST HOT SEXY MEGA PACK PRO 8K ULTIMATE
DAZ POSER BLENDER GENESIS EVERYTHING PACK

Do not use another creator’s brand, product name, or trademark unless you have permission or the reference is necessary and accurate.

Product Description

The product description should explain exactly what is included.

Please include:

• what the product contains
• software compatibility
• figure compatibility, if relevant
• included file types
• required products, if any
• installation notes
• usage notes
• limitations
• whether adult content is included
• whether adult preview images are included
• whether the product has been tested

Do not hide important limitations from customers.

If something shown in a preview image is not included, say so clearly.

Use the Attributes, like License, Character Requirement, etc.

Preview Images

Preview images must represent the actual product honestly.

Product image previews should be in 1:1.3 ratio and be named the same as the product files such as Sadriel2025Artpack01.jpg, Sadriel2025Artpack02.jpg, etc

Do not use unrelated images, fake renders, misleading edits, or content that is not included in the product.

Preview images should be clear enough for customers to understand the product quality and intended use.

For adult products, preview images must follow Dazzelier’s Content Policy, Adult Content and Age Verification Policy, and Prohibited Content rules.

Adult Product Presentation

Adult products must be categorized and presented responsibly.

If a product contains adult content, nudity, erotic themes, adult poses, sexual props, explicit materials, or adult preview images, this must be clear to the customer.

Adult content must never involve minors, minor-coded characters, non-consensual sexual content, real-person exploitation, illegal content, stolen content, or anything prohibited by Dazzelier.

Dazzelier may hide, reject, edit, re-categorize, or remove adult products that create legal, payment, platform, or safety risk.

Categories and Tags

Please choose accurate categories and tags.

Do not place products in unrelated categories just to increase visibility.

Tags should describe the actual content of the product. Misleading tags, spam tags, or unrelated keywords may be removed.

Compatibility Information

Where relevant, clearly state compatibility, such as:

• DAZ Studio
• Genesis 8
• Genesis 8.1
• Genesis 9
• Iray
• dForce
• Blender
• OBJ
• FBX
• other supported formats

Only claim compatibility that you have tested or can reasonably support.

If a product works only with a specific figure, base product, software version, plugin, or render engine, this must be stated clearly.

Required Products

If your product requires another product to work, the requirement must be clearly listed.

For example, if a texture set requires a specific clothing product, or a pose set requires a specific figure, customers must know this before purchase.

Do not present an add-on as a standalone product if it cannot be used on its own.

Prohibited Uploads

You may not upload:

• stolen products
• copied products
• pirated files
• unauthorized conversions
• extracted game assets
• copied meshes, textures, morphs, scripts, or poses
• products using another creator’s work without permission
• AI-generated product spam
• products involving minors or minor-coded adult content
• non-consensual sexual content
• illegal sexual content
• real-person exploitation
• malware, trackers, or hidden scripts
• misleading, broken, or incomplete products

Dazzelier may remove any product that violates marketplace rules.

Product Quality

Dazzelier may reject or remove products that are incomplete, misleading, broken, poorly presented, or below marketplace standards.

We may request corrections before approval.

Common reasons for rejection include:

• missing files
• broken downloads
• unclear descriptions
• misleading preview images
• poor product organization
• incorrect compatibility claims
• prohibited adult content
• copyright or ownership concerns

Product Updates

If you update a product, make sure the new files are tested before upload.

If the update fixes an important issue, mention it clearly in the product description or update notes.

Do not remove essential files from an existing product without explanation.

Customer Support

Vendors are expected to provide reasonable support for their products.

If a customer reports a missing file, broken download, incorrect description, compatibility issue, or serious product problem, Dazzelier may ask the vendor to review and correct the issue.

Final Review

Before submitting a product, please check:

• the title is clear
• the description is accurate
• the files are complete
• the preview images are honest
• compatibility is listed
• required products are listed
• adult content is properly identified
• no prohibited content is included
• you have the legal right to sell everything in the product

Dazzelier may approve, reject, edit, hide, or remove products according to marketplace rules.
